Yoga Class: Open Heart, Open Mind in Just 30 Minutes

Yoga has a sneaky way of affecting our emotions through movement and breath. By focusing on the heart area of our physical body, we may find that our mindset softens or changes. What we thought wasn’t possible, magically is possible. We notice we’re grateful, more accepting, and even happier.

This 30-minute yoga practice focuses on heart opening poses. Physically, the poses will stretch and lengthen your upper torso and across your collar bones chest.

This practice is suitable for any level. Modifications are provided from level 1 – level 3 practitioners.

Props: bath towel, yoga blocks and straps (if you have them)
